WELL HELLO BLOG WORLD! Back at it again, and hopefully I will succeed this time! Well, where to start? I am 18 years old and am at Chandler Gilbert Community College doing a semester of generals because in February, I leave for the MOTHERLAND! MOTHER RUSSIA! I am teaching english there for a semester to leetle children :) My really good friend went to Lithuania last year and told me that I NEEDED to do it, so I signed up and here I am! So these are my "Chronicles of Voronezh" if you will. I will be documenting my preparation and while I'm out there freezing my приклад off!
Right now, I'm studying US History, Human Anatomy & Physiology, and Psychology. I love my Anatomy class so much! I thought I was going to hate it, but it's amazing! My teacher is fantastic and I love my classmates. Psychology isn't what everyone said it was going to be... Everyone who has taken psych before has told me nothing but great things, but I'm not seeing it! My psych teacher's brain is a bag of cats, she's crazy. That's all. US History is aight... my professor is WAY too spunky, but she's okay.
College is pretty great though! I love having long breaks in between my classes and institute is AWESOME! Institute is seminary on steroids, I'm not even joking! Brother Ray is the best teacher ever, I'm so glad I signed up for this class.
So Voronezh will be my home in a few short months, so I'm gathering all the information I possibly can so I know how not to get arrested. I'm super stoked to be starting this new adventure in my life!
